πŸš€ FeelingSurf is a traffic exchange that helps you get visitors to your website at no cost. Browse through the questions below to learn how to earn credits ⭐, get traffic πŸ“ˆ, and make the most of our platform.

Getting Started with Traffic Exchange

A free traffic exchange is a platform where website owners help each other by exchanging visits. FeelingSurf is a traffic exchange that connects website owners who want to promote their sites at no cost.

Here's how it works:

  1. Earn credits: Run our viewer app to visit other members' websites and earn credits automatically
  2. Get traffic: Your active websites automatically receive visitors as your credits are spent
  3. Grow your traffic: The more you surf, the more credits you earn, and the more visits you can get!

It's a fair exchange - you help others by viewing their sites, and they help you by viewing yours.

FeelingSurf is completely free to use!

You can earn unlimited credits for free by running our viewer app. If you need more credits faster, you can optionally purchase credit packages, but it's not required.

Free members get:

  • Unlimited credit earning through the viewer app
  • Up to 2 website slots
  • Basic visit duration options
  • Full access to all core features

Getting traffic to your website is simple:

  1. Add your website: Go to your dashboard and add your website URL
  2. Have credits: Make sure you have credits in your account (earn them with the viewer app or purchase them)
  3. Get automatic traffic: Our system will automatically start sending visitors to your site!

You can customize visit duration, enable direct visits (hide referrer), and pause/resume traffic at any time from your dashboard.

There are several ways to earn credits:

Sites

Free members can add up to 2 sites.

Need more? You have two options:

  • Buy additional site slots individually
  • Upgrade to Premium for 10 extra site slots plus other exclusive benefits

The "Block Domains" feature allows you to prevent certain domains from loading while your site is being visited through the viewer app. This is particularly useful for protecting advertising revenue.

Why use it?

If you monetize your site with ads (like Google AdSense), you should block ad-serving domains to prevent invalid traffic from affecting your ad account.

How to access it:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the site you want to configure
  3. Select "Edit Blocked Domains" from the dropdown menu

Pre-configured AdSense protection:

We provide a one-click preset that blocks these common ad domains:

  • adservice.google
  • doubleclick.net
  • googleadservices.com
  • googlesyndication.com
Limit: You can block up to 10 domains per site

All websites are allowed!

FeelingSurf accepts all types of websites. However, we automatically block certain technical issues to protect our users and maintain platform quality:

Automatically Blocked:
  • Cryptocurrency mining scripts: Sites that attempt to run coin miners in visitors' browsers will be automatically blocked
  • Dead or invalid links: URLs that don't load, return errors, or are unreachable will be automatically disabled

These restrictions are purely technical and automated. We don't manually review or censor content - if your site loads properly and doesn't run mining scripts, it's welcome on FeelingSurf!

Traffic starts immediately once you have credits and an active site!

Timeline:

  1. Instant: Add your site URL to your dashboard
  2. Instant: Ensure you have credits in your account
  3. Within minutes: Traffic begins automatically as credits are converted to visits

You can monitor incoming traffic in real-time from your dashboard. If you're not receiving traffic, check that:

  • Your site is active (not paused)
  • You have sufficient credits
  • Your URL is accessible and working
Traffic Quality

Yes! You can control the quality of visitors your site receives with traffic quality filters.

These filters help you optimize your traffic by reducing visits from specific types of IP addresses:

  • Reduce visits from low-quality IPs: Minimize traffic from IP addresses that have been flagged as low-quality (VPNs, proxies, data centers, etc.)
  • Reduce visits from IPv6: Minimize traffic from IPv6 addresses, focusing more on IPv4 visitors

How to configure traffic quality filters:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the site you want to configure
  3. Select "Control Traffic Quality" from the dropdown menu
  4. Enable the filters you want
  5. Save your settings

Important notes:

  • These filters reduce but don't completely eliminate visits from filtered sources
  • Enabling filters may slow down your traffic delivery since fewer viewers will be available
  • You can save these settings in a Site Template for easy reuse
Premium feature: Traffic quality control is only available to Premium members.
Visit Limits

Visit Limits allow you to control how much traffic your site receives over different time periods. This helps you manage your credit spending and distribute traffic evenly.

Three types of limits:

Hourly Limit

Maximum visits per hour

1-500 visits/hour

Daily Limit

Maximum visits per day

1-10K visits/day

Total Limit

Maximum total visits

1-500K total

Note: Daily and total limits are optional. If set, the minimum value is 1 for each

Visit limits help you control and optimize your traffic distribution:

  • Budget control: Prevent spending all credits too quickly on one site
  • Gradual growth: Make traffic appear more natural by limiting hourly spikes
  • Fair distribution: Distribute traffic evenly across multiple sites
  • Campaign duration: Use total limits to extend campaigns over longer periods
  • Testing: Set daily limits when testing new sites or configurations
Example: Setting a 50 visits/hour limit on a site with 10,000 total credits means traffic will be spread over 200 hours (~8 days) instead of consuming all credits immediately

Set visit limits when adding or editing a site:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click "Add Site" or edit an existing site
  3. Find the "Visit Limits" section in the site configuration
  4. Set your desired hourly, daily, and total limits
  5. Save the site configuration

What happens when limits are reached:

  • Hourly limit: Site pauses until the next hour begins, then automatically resumes
  • Daily limit: Site pauses until midnight (next day), then automatically resumes
  • Total limit: Site stops receiving visits permanently until you manually increase the limit to a higher value

Visit Distribution controls how quickly visits are delivered to your site over time. This setting is configured in the same Visit Limits section.

Two distribution methods:

Spread visits evenly over time

Visits are distributed evenly throughout the day, providing steady and consistent traffic flow. This is the default setting.

Get visits as quickly as possible

Visits are delivered as fast as available viewers can provide them, with no artificial pacing or delays.

When to use each method:

Spread visits evenly is best for:

  • SEO testing: Natural-looking traffic patterns
  • Analytics: Maintaining consistent data over time
  • Discretion: Avoiding sudden traffic spikes that may look suspicious
  • Long campaigns: Spreading credits over days or weeks

Get visits as quickly as possible is best for:

  • Rapid spending: Using credits immediately
  • Load testing: Testing server capacity under traffic
  • Short campaigns: One-time promotional events
Note: The distribution method is found in the "Visits distribution type" dropdown when editing visit limits. You can also save this in Site Templates
Active Hours

Active Hours let you schedule when your site receives traffic throughout the day. You can specify time ranges when your site should be active and receiving visits.

How it works:

  • Time ranges: Set specific hours when your site should be active (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM)
  • Daily schedule: Configure different active hours for each day of the week
  • Automatic pausing: Site automatically pauses outside active hours
  • Automatic resuming: Site automatically resumes when active hours begin

Use cases:

  • Business hours: Only receive traffic during your working hours
  • Timezone targeting: Match traffic to specific timezone activity patterns
  • Natural patterns: Create more realistic traffic patterns that match real user behavior
  • Server maintenance: Pause traffic during scheduled maintenance windows
Note: If no active hours are configured, your site will receive traffic 24/7

Set active hours when adding or editing a site:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click "Add Site" or edit an existing site
  3. Find the "Active Hours" section in the site configuration
  4. Select the days and time ranges when your site should be active
  5. Save the site configuration
Example: Set active hours to Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM to simulate typical business traffic patterns and avoid weekend or night-time visits
Actions

Actions let you customize how the FeelingSurfViewer interacts with your website during visits. You can configure the viewer to perform specific behaviors like clicking links, scrolling, refreshing, and more.

Available action types:

Click

Automatically click on specific elements (links, buttons) on your page

Click RSS

Click on links found in your RSS feed

Click Sitemap

Click on links from your XML sitemap

Cookie

Set custom cookies in the visitor's browser

Refresh

Refresh/reload the page during the visit

Scroll

Automatically scroll down the page

Limit: You can configure up to 5 actions per site

When configuring a Click action, you can customize which elements to click:

Element types:

  • Internal links: Links pointing to pages within your own domain
  • External links: Links pointing to other websites
  • Any links: All links (both internal and external)
  • Buttons: Button elements on your page

Element selection:

  • Random: Click a random matching element
  • First: Click the first matching element on the page
  • Last: Click the last matching element on the page
Tip: You can use text or link filters to specify which elements to click (up to 64 characters)

Actions help improve visit quality and engagement metrics:

  • Lower bounce rate: Clicking internal links creates multi-page sessions
  • Longer session duration: Scrolling and clicking keep visitors engaged
  • More page views: RSS and sitemap clicks generate views of multiple pages
  • Test functionality: Ensure cookies, scripts, and interactions work correctly

Configure actions when adding or editing a site from your Sites page.

Yes! You can control whether your website is allowed to open new windows during visits.

This setting gives you complete control over popup windows and new tabs that might be triggered by JavaScript (window.open()) or links with target="_blank".

How to configure it:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the site you want to configure
  3. Select "Browsing Options" from the dropdown menu
  4. Set "Allow the opening of up to X new windows" to:
    • 0 - Block all new windows (no popups or new tabs)
    • 1 - Allow one new window to open
  5. Save your settings

Why use this feature:

  • Control screenshots: Since one screenshot is taken per window, blocking new windows means only your main page is captured
  • Test different configurations: See how your site behaves with or without popup windows enabled
Premium feature: This setting is only available to Premium members. Upgrade to Premium to unlock this feature.

If your site opens multiple windows, you can control which window your configured actions (clicks, text input, etc.) are performed in.

This setting is useful when your site opens popup windows and you want to specify where the viewer should perform the actions you've configured.

How to configure it:

  1. Go to your site's Actions modal
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Find "Multiple windows settings"
  4. Choose where actions should be performed:
    • First opened window - Actions are performed in the initial window (your main page)
    • Latest opened window - Actions are performed in the most recently opened popup/window
  5. Save your actions

Example use case:

If your site opens a popup window after 5 seconds and you want the viewer to click a button in that popup, set this to "Latest opened window". If you want actions to stay on your main page regardless of popups, use "First opened window".

Related: You can also control whether new windows are allowed to open at all. See Can I control whether my site opens new windows?
Traffic Exchange Features

No, we do not recommend using FeelingSurf traffic with AdSense.

According to Google's AdSense policies, traffic exchange is not permitted. Violating this policy could result in your AdSense account being suspended.

Alternative solution: If you still want to receive traffic to a page with AdSense ads, you can use our domain blocking feature to prevent AdSense scripts from loading during FeelingSurf visits.

No, we do not recommend using YouTube links on FeelingSurf.

YouTube's Terms of Service explicitly prohibit artificial view inflation through traffic exchange services. Using FeelingSurf for YouTube content could result in:

  • Video removal
  • Channel strikes or termination
  • Loss of monetization privileges

We strongly advise against adding YouTube links to our platform.

Website Visits

A direct visit is a privacy feature that hides the referrer information from your website analytics.

When enabled, visitors appear to come directly to your site (no referrer) rather than from FeelingSurf. This makes the traffic look more organic in your analytics tools and prevents other platforms from detecting the traffic exchange source.

Visit duration is fully customizable to match your needs.

The available duration range depends on your membership level:

  • Free members: Basic duration range
  • Premium members: Extended duration range for longer engagement

Check the Premium page to see the exact minimum and maximum durations for each membership level. Longer visits cost more credits but provide better engagement.

Visit pricing is simple and proportional to duration:

Base rate: 10 seconds = 1 credit

Examples:

  • 30 seconds = 3 credits
  • 50 seconds = 5 credits
  • 10 minutes = 60 credits

The longer the visit, the more credits it costs. This ensures fair pricing where you only pay for the engagement you need.

No, humans don't actively view your website. The FeelingSurfViewer app browses websites automatically in a hidden window.

How it works:

  • Automated browsing: The viewer app loads websites automatically in the background
  • Hidden window: Sites are loaded in a headless browser window that users don't see
  • Real visits counted: Despite being automated, all visits are counted normally by your website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
Important: While humans don't actively view the sites, the visits are genuine page loads with real browsers, so they appear as normal traffic in your analytics.

Why these limits?
  • βœ… Consistent visit quality for everyone
  • βœ… Prevent resource abuse
  • βœ… Fair credit costs for all sites
  • βœ… Optimize performance & bandwidth

These limits are automatic - they don't affect your credit earnings!

A low-quality IP refers to an IP address that is likely from a data center, VPN, proxy, or hosting provider rather than a regular residential internet connection.

Low-quality IPs have stricter limits:
  • Only 1 session allowed per low-quality IP (vs 3 for regular IPs)
  • Maximum 30 total low-quality sessions per account

Common sources of low-quality IPs:

  • Cloud hosting providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
  • VPN services
  • Proxy servers
  • Data center IPs
Best results: Use residential IPs (home/mobile connections) to maximize your viewer sessions and avoid these limits.

It's normal for the viewer app to occasionally not earn credits. This happens when there are no sites available to visit at that moment.

Common reasons:

  • No matching sites: No active sites match your geographic location or current filters
  • All sites paused: Member sites may be temporarily paused or have reached their limits
  • Low traffic periods: Fewer active sites during certain times of day
This is completely normal! The viewer app will automatically resume earning credits when sites become available again. No action is needed from you - just keep the app running.

Yes! You can configure whether the viewer app visits your own sites while surfing.

By default, the viewer app will not visit your own sites. However, you can change this behavior in your settings if you want to include your own sites in the rotation.

How to configure this setting:

  1. Go to your Surf Settings
  2. Find the "Visit own sites" option
  3. Toggle this setting on or off based on your preference
  4. Save your changes

Options:

  • Allow visiting own sites: Your viewer app will visit your own sites along with others (earns credits normally)
  • Prevent visiting own sites: Your viewer app will skip your own sites and only visit other members' sites
Why would you want to prevent this? Some users prefer not to have their own viewer sessions counted as visits to their own sites, to get more accurate traffic statistics from external visitors only.
Traffic Exchange Credits

Credits don't expire on their own, but they are lost if your account becomes inactive or is disabled.

Your credits remain in your account as long as you keep your account active. However, they will be forfeited in certain situations:

You Lose Credits If:
  • Account disabled by you: You manually disable your account
  • Inactivity: Your account is automatically disabled after 1 year of inactivity
  • Account banned: Your account is banned for violating terms
Keep Your Credits Safe:
  • Stay active: Log in at least once a year to prevent automatic disabling
  • Follow rules: Respect our terms of service
  • Keep account enabled: Don't disable your account if you want to keep credits
Pro tip: As long as you keep your account active and in good standing, your credits will never expire!

No, credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively within FeelingSurf for getting traffic to your websites. They have no monetary value and cannot be:

You don't need to allocate credits to specific sites. All your credits are grouped together in one place in your account.

How it works:
  1. One balance: All your credits are grouped in your account
  2. Automatic distribution: Your credits are automatically spent to send visits to your active sites

Purchasing credits is quick and easy:

  • Cancel from your account settings at any time
  • Your Premium benefits continue until the end of your current billing period

  • Sites beyond the free limit will be deleted
Geographic Targeting

Yes! You can target up to 10 locations per site.

Geolocation allows you to specify which countries or continents you want to receive traffic from.

How it works:

  1. Go to your site settings
  2. Select up to 10 countries or continents to target
  3. Include or exclude: Target specific locations OR exclude them while allowing the rest of the world
  4. Save your settings
  5. Your site will receive traffic based on your settings
Tip: If you don't select any locations, your site will receive traffic from anywhere in the world (no restrictions).

When you target specific locations, traffic delivery speed depends on the availability of active viewer app sessions in those regions.

Important considerations:
  • Variable availability: Some locations have more active viewer app users than others
  • Slower traffic: Locations with fewer users will deliver traffic more slowly
  • Credits may accumulate: Your credits may build up if there aren't enough viewers available in your target locations
Solutions
  • Expand targeting: Add more locations to increase the available traffic pool
  • Remove restrictions: Remove geographic targeting completely to receive worldwide traffic
  • Check availability: Traffic availability indicators in the site settings interface show which locations have more active viewers
Good to know: Worldwide traffic (no restrictions) is generally delivered fastest because it can use viewers from anywhere in the world.
Device Targeting

Yes! You can target specific device types for your traffic.

Device targeting allows you to choose which types of devices will visit your website:

  • Computer: Desktop and laptop visitors
  • Mobile: Smartphone visitors
  • Tablet: Tablet device visitors

How to configure device targeting:

  1. Go to your Sites page
  2. Click on a site to open its details
  3. Find the "Device" section
  4. Select the device types you want to target
  5. Save your settings

Custom User Agents (Premium):

Premium members can also customize the browser user agent string to simulate specific browsers or devices.

Tip: If you don't select any device types, your site will receive traffic from all device types (no restrictions).
Traffic Sources

Traffic sources let you customize where your visits appear to come from. Your visitors will seem to arrive from a specific website of your choice.

Available options:

  • Direct visits (all users) - No referrer, visitors appear to come directly to your site
  • FeelingSurf referrer (all users) - Visitors appear to come from FeelingSurf
  • Pre-defined sources (Premium only) - Popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, DuckDuckGo, Yandex, Ask, AOL)
  • Custom sources (Premium only) - Create your own with any referrer URL you choose

How it works:

  • Assign to sites: Connect traffic sources to specific sites in your dashboard
  • Referrer spoofing: When viewers load your site, the custom referrer URL is sent in the HTTP header, making your website analytics show traffic from that source
Limits: Up to 10 sources per site, 1000 total per account

For all users:

  1. Go to your site settings
  2. Select either "Direct visits" or "FeelingSurf" from the traffic source dropdown
  3. Save your settings

For Premium users - Create custom sources:

  1. Go to Traffic Source Management
  2. Click "New Traffic Source"
  3. Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Facebook Campaign", "Email Newsletter")
  4. Enter the referrer URL (the URL that will appear in your analytics tools)
  5. Save your new source

For Premium users - Use pre-defined or custom sources:

  1. Go to your site settings
  2. Select from pre-defined sources (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or your custom sources
  3. Save your settings
Premium feature: Custom traffic sources and pre-defined platform sources are only available to Premium members. Upgrade to Premium to unlock this feature.
Site Labels

Site labels help you organize and categorize your websites for easier management.

How they work:

  • Create custom labels: Name them however you want (e.g., "Blog", "E-commerce", "Client Sites")
  • Assign to sites: Tag each site with up to 3 labels
  • Filter and organize: Quickly find sites by filtering your dashboard by label
Limits: Create up to 100 custom labels, assign up to 3 labels per site

Creating labels:

  1. Go to your Labels management page
  2. Click "Create Label"
  3. Give it a name and optional description
  4. Choose a color to identify it visually

Using labels:

  • When adding or editing a site, select labels from the dropdown
  • Use the label filter in your dashboard to view specific groups of sites
Pro tip: Labels are especially useful if you manage many sites - organize them by project, client, or purpose!

What gets saved in a template:

  • Visit duration: Your preferred visit length

  • Blocked domains: Domain blocking configuration
  • Actions: Click, scroll, and interaction settings
  • Visit limits: Hourly, daily, and total traffic limits

  1. Go to the Site Templates page
  2. Click "Create New Template"
  3. Configure all your preferred settings (limits, distribution type, filters, etc.)

  5. Save the template for future use

  2. Select one of your saved templates from the list
  3. All settings are automatically applied
  4. Customize individual settings if needed
Tip: Templates are perfect when managing multiple sites with similar configurations (e.g., multiple blog pages, product sites, or regional variations)
Site Screenshots

Premium Feature: Site screenshots are exclusively available to Premium members

Site screenshots allow you to see what your website looks like when it's being visited by the viewer app.

How it works:

  • Automatic capture: Screenshots are automatically taken during visits made by the viewer app
  • One capture per window: One screenshot is taken for each browser window opened during the visit (if your site opens multiple windows, multiple screenshots will be captured)
  • See what visitors see: View exactly how your site appears, including layout, images, and content
  • Historical records: Access past screenshots to track changes over time
Perfect for: Testing responsive design, verifying content updates, debugging display issues, and ensuring your site looks great to all visitors
