Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Credits don't expire on their own. However, if your account becomes inactive for approximately one year or is disabled, all credits will be forfeited. Simply log in at least once per year to keep your account and credits active.
When your Premium subscription ends, your account reverts to the free plan. You'll keep your existing credits, but sites beyond the free limit will be deleted. Premium features like traffic quality control and extended visit duration will no longer be available.
Yes, you can upgrade to Premium at any time from the pricing page or your dashboard. Your Premium benefits will be activated immediately after payment.
