Refund policy

We primarily sell digital products, and refunds are generally not provided.

Eligibility

Exception: if you encounter any issues with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Refund requests must include the date of purchase and a clear explanation of the reason.

Processing

Approved refunds will incur a minimum fee of €10 deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Important Notes

Please note that if a dispute is opened with the payment processor, a refund will not be offered.

In case a refund is issued, you may no longer be able to make purchases on our site.
